We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
We can only accept return of items which are damaged or misprinted when you receive them.
We cannot accept returned items for the incorrect size or if you change your mind.
If 20 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any face masks or paper items cannot be returned for sanitary reasons.
Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your product and you want to return it with a description of the problem and any photos of the problem. We will advise how you should send your purchase back to the manufacturer and contact our manufacturer to tell them to expect your returned product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
